Terms of Use
Effective September 3, 2026. These terms govern use of the CloseNav360 Transaction Operations website. Separate written service agreements govern paid transaction coordination, notary, signing, team or brokerage services.
Administrative services only
CloseNav360 provides administrative transaction operations and support. Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement and permitted by applicable law, CloseNav360 does not act as a real-estate broker, attorney, lender, title insurer, escrow agent or fiduciary and does not provide legal, tax, financial or brokerage advice.
No negotiation or legal interpretation
Agents, brokers and clients remain responsible for business decisions, negotiations, contract terms and obtaining legal or professional advice when appropriate. Administrative document preparation is based on client-provided instructions and approved forms.
Website information
Website content is provided for general informational purposes and may be updated without notice. Service descriptions, availability and pricing may change. A written proposal, order form or service agreement controls if it conflicts with general website content.
Notary and signing services
Notary and signing services are subject to commissioning, identity-verification, technology, geographic and legal requirements. Availability is not guaranteed, and CloseNav360 may decline any requested act that cannot lawfully or properly be performed.
User responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, protect confidential access credentials and avoid submitting unlawful content or highly sensitive information through ordinary email or unsecured website fields.
Intellectual property
The CloseNav360 name, branding, website design, original text and related materials are owned by or licensed to CloseNav360 and may not be copied, republished or used commercially without permission, except as permitted by law.
Third-party services
The website may link to or rely on third-party platforms such as Google Workspace, Cloudflare, payment processors, scheduling tools or electronic-signature providers. Their separate terms and privacy practices apply to their services.
Limitation of website liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloseNav360 is not responsible for losses arising solely from reliance on general website content, third-party outages or unauthorized use outside our reasonable control. Any service-specific liability terms are governed by the applicable signed agreement.
